The Easy Menu is a screen that gathers the most commonly used menu items into one convenient location. Many more topics are accessible from the main drop-down menus.

Incoming Coal Screen

This is where in the incoming coal data is entered. CBS can also electronically post this data from computerized truck scales and electronic lab data.

Shipped Coal Screen

CBS tracks 3 separate coal qualities - blended, shipped and received. This screen shows a shipment with the shippers certified shipped tons & quality and the customers received tons & quality. Also shows costs and profit margins.

Data Screen

One of the data screens. Shows data entered into system and has buttons to access areas for entering or changing data.

Blending Optimization

CBS uses a linear program to optimize blending to meet customers specs at the minimum cost - maximizing your profits.

Client File

Shows the tabs to set-up Suppliers, Customers and Freight Companies. CBS tracks detailed orders/contracts for all three.

Order Specs

Order specification window - for both suppliers and customers. Other screens are used to input pricing information.

Premium/Penalty Screen

CBS handles detailed premium/penalty clauses. There is also a testing screen to ensure the prem/pen. set-up works as expected.

Freight Record

Shows an example of the freight recorded in CBS. CBS will track freight contracts and freight shipments in great detail.
